Mobile Care Partners support the work of bringing preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services directly into homes, facilities, and community spaces.

Care Kits provide patients with essential oral hygiene supplies and education- especially for those managing chronic illness, dry mouth conditions, limited dexterity, or barriers to ongoing care.

• Toothbrushes and interdental aids

• Sensitivity-support products

• Xylitol-based products for dry mouth and caries prevention

• Oral health education materials tailored to patient needs​

Care Kits help patients maintain their oral health between visits, reinforcing prevention, comfort, and dignity beyond the appointment.
